For sale 2010 model 177 with many extras and mods.
$12,500.00
I feel that this price is fair with over $1000.00 extras. Located in Minnesota. I towed this with a 2005 Chrysler TC with a 3.8 engine and get 11-13 mpg.
It is with heavy heart that we must sell as i have been camping for 63 years since i was 5 years old, that I have to put that part of my life behind me as health reasons prevail, and i must prepare for them.
Some of the mods
AC has heat strip with hard start cap.
Redone low water drains also fresh water.
Has larger interstate battery with cutout switch.
Has a 400 watt inverter with 12 volt outlet for bi-pap.
Has inside lighted switch for water heater.
Riser 2 inches for commode.
Raised out side step 2 inches which makes it easier to enter and get out.
Extras
Bal leveler that goes under wheel looks like a horseshoe.
New macerator pump and 20 foot hose will pump 100 foot.
EU 2000 Honda generator with extended run 3 gallon gas tank.
Winterized for 2011 winter.
Delivery may be a option. If interested PM me.

Sorry to hear that, cane2. I keep talking myself out of moving from our 171 to the 177 (same layout)... tempting.

Sorry you are having to sell, I am 62 and we just bought our pod a few weeks ago, reality has bit me in the butt, I know now is the time to be a teenager again and have some fun and to go some different places with the wife.  I would be happy if we can get 6, 8, 10, whatever years of not having to chase the alarm clock, be somewhere, solve a problem, I just need some quiet time. Hang in there, memories are the best remedy.

Thank you. We have a lot of good memories despite polio and leg perthes and now cancer. You have a great outlook keep a open mind and enjoy each other and travel if only short trips seeing young people with their family's camping helps to keep you young. This site has the most genuine campers and people you could ever meet. Happy camping
