LOL, well for those that already have another model it will be a bit cheaper to just install the shower.
g4royce, yes, it screws off like the one inside. The shower head hangs on a small post and its designed so you can just push it into the box and close the cover (still sitting on the post). However, if you got a new head that was too big you could always pull it off and store it sideways.

I found another option for an outside shower, but it isn't cheap.
