I always assumed R-Pod meant "Recreation Pod", anyone else?? |

Maybe, it was the only some letter-Pod combination that wasn't service marked, trademarked or copyrighted. Or maybe F-pod wasn't acceptable, but R Pod was, as in FR the manufacturer.
