Yes, the converter (inverter goes 12 V to 120 V AC, converter goes 120 V to 12 V) uses automotive blade-style fuses on the 12 volt circuits - lights, water pump, etc. It wouldn't hurt to get an assortment and keep them with you just in case.

Thanks so much Pawpod,
I took lots of notes but didn't write down everything and have forgotten lots of it already.
Your video has reminded me and I expect we will be reviewing it a few more times!

Pawpod, thanks for posting the walkthrough videos. I watched them all. Did I hear right -- that the inverter (is that what's it's called?) takes automotive fuses -- he said 2 40-amp fuses and the rest were 15-amp fuses? I was surprised because I don't think my pop-up took anything more than a 30-amp fuse.
In any case, can someone tell me WHICH kind of auto fuses the guy was talking about--one kind has a square end, and another has more pointed ends, right? When I was in WalMart today I wasn't sure which ones to buy for spares, although I almost took a chance and bought the square-ended ones.
Also, I know I don't have to worry about winterizing until the fall. But when he showed the water heater bypass valve UNDER the bed, I got such a feeling of dread. I can't lift that dang awkward mattress as it is -- how in the heck can I ever get to that darn valve? When the time comes, I'm afraid Miss Independent Me is going to have to ask SOMEBODY for some help after all!

Moved to the maintenance section, I think its more appropriate there. Thanks for sharing the video, I'll check it out at home later (Youtube is blocked where I work).
