Equalizer hitch question

   I just opened the box to start installing the WDH and I think there are some pieces missing.  For those of you that have this type of hitch, do the brackets that bolt to the frame come with it ? Every picture I've seen shows them as part of the package.  Also do they normally come with instructions ?
I figured I'd ask before I call in the morning.
