Hello everyone,

I did buy a TT, and thank you all for your help and advice. I purchased a Flagstaff Micro Lite XLT 18RK. It is a 2010 and I got a great deal. It has a floor plan very similar to a 175. I just love this forum, so I have named it Faux Pod and I will be at the Tx round up at the end of May. I would go to the April 15th event, but I already have a Jeep trip planned that weekend.  Here is a picture of my set up:

Miss Polly, it looks sharp!  What does it look like in the inside?

Yes, we need pics.  And some miles-per-gallon tests.  I've very curious how that straight back affects mpg - if it eliminates some of the turbulence we get off the rear of the 'pod you might have it a little easier at the gas pump.

You are always welcome to hang out (even with a faux pod Clap).

Hey thanks, As far as turbulence...It pulls very easy. I almost did not realize it was back there. I had to pull it through Austin City traffic at rush hour. I live about an hour and a half north of Austin, so I did get to pull it on the open highway too. My Jeep has a low tow capacity, but it did fine. I have NO towing experience, and it was just fine.

My gas milage is about 15 anyway (tires are too large, giggle), and I believe it went down to 10. I could pull about 60 with no difficulty. Here is a floor plan, I need to take some good inside pictures before I post them.

Here are some inside pictures from a dealer website. (not the one I used) These are clear pictures of the inside of a similar trailer. Mine has a green couch. These pictures are magic because they make it look larger than it really is!

Very Nice! It's amazing how much room you get just by extending the camper over the wheels.

I can't even begin to describe it.... you would just have to see for yourself....

Cool trailer.  What is the inside height?  I like the layout.

The inside height is the same as an R-Pod 78". The ceiling is rounded over the bed similar to an R-Pod, but only on one end. The rest is a level 78". The layout works for my large dog, he needs the floor space!

I like it MissPolly!  I almost got one of those instead of my Coleman.  I hope you have a lot of fun with it!

Please stick around and let us know how things are going.  Pod or no Pod, you're welcome here Smile.
