Checked on the r-pod today after a long, cold, snowy winter. It appears that the window gaskets have shrunk. Anyone have this happen? And what did you do to solve it?

Yes, I noticed the same thing on one of the seals on the outside of one window a while ago. Had the same look, with the silicone at the edge torn like yours. I just massaged the rubber in both directions to stretch it back out. It has stayed in place since then.
