Brewsterivy - yes, you could put overflow people in the dome at night.  It really keeps out the elements and I suppose most critters as well.  There's plenty of room for a couple of cots, sleeping bags or lounge chairs.  It's every bit as wide as the pod and almost as long!

Techntrek - the outlet under the bed is hidden by the slide out when in the closed position.  We will be sure to unplug anything there before traveling.

The 'pod's heater and A/C are both oversized, considering the small space and over-insulation.  I would bet that leaving the door open overnight would keep the dome comfortable.  I don't think I would try this if it got down into the 30's (the heater would stay on all the time) but maybe in the 40's or above.

iamsmonk - that was my worry, that you would have to be careful to unplug anything.  Have you used the small sink yet?

By the way:  Dixie is beautiful.
Just being my usual silly self Smile.  I like the new graphics and I hope you get a chance to use yours soon.

Thanks for the complement/Dixie.  She is a good looking Shepherd, if I say so myself.....but SPOILED ROTTEN!
