Lou,
My axle risers are being shipped out today. Brandie at Forest River was very helpful. The first time I emailed them I had a reply within two hours.
BTW our first camping trip for the May 24 weekend has been booked at Ferris Provincial Park. We booked the same site we had last year but this time with the axle risers I won't bottom out when backing in to the site.................

You will find it tows so much nicer with them on. Lot less worry about bottoming out.

I've had mine for months now, still sitting in the box! Hope to get to it when it warms up some.

I finally got around to installing mine today, wasn't as hard as I expected. It was nice pulling into my driveway tonight and not scraping in the usual spots.

The instructions that came with the risers said to jack up the frame and place the axle stands under the frame. Is this what you did or did you jack up the axle till it was about 4 inches off the ground, place the stands under the frame and then lower the axle enought to install the risers? Also a good point about the brake wires.
Thanks

We jacked up the frame just behind the axle, then put jack stands just behind the jack, on both sides. It was hooked up to my TV the whole time so it had support up front. In hindsight I should have put jack stands in front of the axle too, that's a lot of weight to suspend from hitch ball to rear jack stands.
