Brand new, showroom perfect, never used 2010 173T. Purchased 4/15/10 from dealer in Surprise, AZ and towed to So. Utah. Lovingly watched over and utterly new. Paid 14,700 plus tax. No reasonable offer refused.

Does that dinette area convert to a bed?  So there are 2 queen sized areas + the sofa?

Saturday my wife and I were looking at 173T at the local dealers.  Since the "T" models have come out I have had an interest in them as I really missed the popup trailer nights and having the screens all around me.  The Air Mattress is the same size as the queen bed which is 60X74, sofa is 74X40 and table is 58X74.  The Air Mattress hangs out over the Couch area to get the length.  Overall a nice camper but then started thinking about the cold weather we camp in and did not want the open sides.

Being that I have a 173T, I would say there are 2 queen sized areas.  The sofa can maybe fit one person, when the air mattress is open.
