We camp with our grandchildren.  The older ones use the upper bunk, but if you had young ones, you would want a ladder/rail for their safety.  Otherwise it works great.  We use the garage to hold life preservers, their water toys, in addition to the kitchen things.  Works great for us. 

The new Rpods come with one sink.  Ours is a 2015 model and comes with two large ones (overkill). It does have a small drain.  You can't get anything that would clog it in it!  The grill hooks up below the pod and it has a stand that it sits in.  Works great for us.  We store it in the bag inside one of the sinks so that it isn't thrashing around.  There are a few bins, but I'm not sure how much stuff you can store there.  The heaviest thing we have in the back is the grill and the aforementioned swimming/fishing supplies.  Our spare tire is under the garage area fastened down.  There is very little room in the kitchen for actual kitchen things.  I keep bins of stuff that fit on the counter (put away for travel) and anything else goes under the bunks and front dinette.
