we have like many folks on this form are retired and have been rving or camping for many years with all different styles and types of units. The pod is as close to perfect for us as we can get. This day and age i do not need the big fiver any more, just keep it simple for us. What we would really like to see is a way to buy the body and health that we had when we were in our 30's. Enjoy your pods. Some of you will grow into larger units and some will get out of rving altogether, but for now ENJOY.

I love the looks of that... it is cool, but 27k ... wow. This entire ultra-lite weight camper area is going to explode ... the Visa guys are really pushing it - they are using some new materials to lose weight, like Balsa wood for their cabs... they weigh nothing, yet are sturdy.. wild. |

I've decided on the Sierra Campfire. Same as Scotty, but substantially less $$$. My 09 unit with virtually every option will be just less than $10K... Link to video is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2CQhPoW9Hmo&NR=1 It's what works for me. I love the R-Pod, but need to go with my gut...

Thanks, and this is a great forum. I've found it both informative and friendly. I'd like to continue posting on occasion even if I ultimately decided on another camper.

It's just you right. Without assuming to much it's a perfect for a single Male. If you go get it, you should try and make it to the round up I should everyone would love to see it (there's a T@B going too). Lee
