Everything furpod says but you can put to much grease in and it may end up on your brake pads as I found out. Which while not a big deal it did take a whole can of brake cleaner to get it off.

None. Your hubs have a lube system in place. The top of the "hub cap" pops off, under you will find a rubber cover, remove it, you will find a zert.

Elevate wheel so it can be rotated, while rotating pump until fresh new grease comes out the front.

Done.
