Yes it has.  You could check the 'mod' section to see if someone posted theirs.  You can also buy a wheel to attach to the bottom of the tongue jack post.  http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/bal-tongue-jack-caster-wheel/17978

Was talking with the son over the weekend. He pulls a very large sailboat and has a tongue jack that has a wheel and a crank on it.
 
Is this ever done on the Pod? I think his has a bracket and four large screws, fits around the square tongue bar.
 
To make it easy to move around when off the tow car, making it a three wheeler.
