During the fix of the water leak ... They made a "chip" on the corner of the micro wave  ..
a BIG chip ...
 
Why do they do that .. why .. to an innocent R-Pod .. ??

Seriously .. I will make a call tomorrow to the dealer .. explain the case ..
and take an appointment to change this  ...
It's not urgent..
 
But it's not my fault if it's like this ..
 
It's like they use a big tool to fix something on the ceiling and drop it on the corner of the mw  ..
 
 
I'm just sad thinking I may be separate from her.. again .. Embarrassed

Oh no Damour, you sure are having a rough time getting started with your Pod.  Very sorry to hear that.  I'm certain they will make sure to fix it for you.

Damour, with all the "fixes" that have been needed no wonder you have separation anxiety from your pod!  You sure do have a good attitude though.

They should be able to replace the microwave while you wait, I think.  They may have to order the new one, but I would not think that you would need to leave it with them for days.  So, maybe on the bright side - you may not have to be separated from your Pod.
 
There are just a few screws that hold it in the cabinet opening.

this technician have no respect for the customer if i doesn't fix what it brokes.
Trust me Damour, if i have the need to have my rpod check my horizon lussier i'm gonna take pictures of my rpod before.

They ask me pictures via email. I don't have news yet.
 
But I'm sure there was no chip before , i verified all the things.
 
Pictures and video .. and mention it to them !
Maybe they'll pay much attention .
