2017 Pacific NW Roundup Inquiry

Well the time has finally arrived.  Thank you all for patiently waiting, while I got all my  ducks in a row.  So here it is.  We have two campgrounds on alert for your reservations.  The main campground is Cannon Beach RV Park in Cannon Beach, Oregon.  The second campground is Circle Creek RV Park in Seaside, Oregon, which is about 5 miles north of Cannon Beach.  We have had Roundups in both campgrounds and they are both excellent.  When you contact them, alert them that you are with the Forest River Owners Group.  That way we will be together.  We have 50 reserved full hookup sites reserved at Cannon Beach, and for the overflow an additional 20 full hookup sites at Circle Creek.

I am requesting after you make your reservation, that you send me an email at cowan.bob3@gmail.com.  Please provide the following info so that I may add you to the dinner reservation list and for the raffle tickets.  I will need your full  name, city and state from where you are coming, a contact phone number, number in your party,  what type of rig are you bringing, and which campground.  Should there be a change, I can get in touch. 

Additionally, if you find that as we get closer to the scheduled event you need to cancel, please send me an email as I will maintain a stand-by list.  Now for the dates.  We are scheduled for August 17-19, 2017.  That is a Thursday thru Saturday.  Cannon Beach RV Park’s phone number is 503-436-2231.  The second campground, Circle Creek RV Park, can be reached at (503) 738-6070.
