Yes it is a custom made by a friend of mine. It is bolted on the frame.

Yes I have 2 battery in the tool box and no ventilation other than a few holes on both side of the box

So is the battery in the tool box? What do you do about ventalation?

The solar mount is mounted on the rails with bolts. No problem on the winds. Solar panel is mounted everytime I needed but not on the move.
