Topic: Wishing for a 179.....g Posted: 26 Jan 2015 at 9:52pm |
I went to a decal place and had it printed, then took off the old stuff and put on my own. Just takes a non windy day and a squeegee.

Not to hijack the thread, but are you the one who made the winterization videos on the RPod Spotter Channel? If so, thank you as I learned how to do the air-pressure winteriization from it. Took a chance and only used the pink stuff in the traps.

Thanks Pappaw, sorry I missed that. I appreciate you keeping me in mind but I decided I wanted a full bathroom. I ended up purchasing a hybrid roo (that I am really enjoying) prior to the 183g announcement (darn!). I plan to keep an eye on r-pod developments over the next few years and maybe jump at that time to the 183, depending on what else is announced between now and then.
Thanks again and good luck!

I gonna jump on this thread. Brand new here. I am a former owner of a 1984 VW Vanagon Westfalia. I just sold it and am excited to purchase an R-Pod. I am interested in the 176 or the 182G. I need the bunks for my two boys, 5 and 7. The price difference in these two are about $5000-$6000 depending. Any thoughts or views on the 176 vs. 182G would be helpful. I hope to be part of the R-Pod club soon. Cheers, Adam

Check out that new 183g. I feel like my wish list for a 179g was pretty much answered with the 183g. It may not work for most that don't want a convertible dinette/bed...but it answered most of what I wanted out of an r-pod.
Obviously if you need the bunks ignore my suggestion...and I assume you do.
