Thx Luv2Q....the hubby said I could have flowers on the curtains as long as I slipped in some masculine stripes somewhere.  Good compromise.

LePodders,
We may have copied y'all, we got the idea from this forum.  We saw the table mod photos on this forum and thought, "Hey, that's what  need."  Husband is 6'3' and was having a hard time fitting under the table.  This great table mod gives us more much-needed room.
 
So, if it was your pics we saw...thanks!!

I'd like to get my cushions done also. Hey, your table looks just like mine! We did that also, was one of our first mods, and made such a big difference

We did not do the cushions...I only made the curtains.  We bought home upholstery fabric at Joanne's and had it done professionally...$250..for all four cushions.
