Now that it is time number 4 winterizing the pod this year for the first time I remembered to open the hot water faucet and take the pressure off of the system prior to removing the anode and draining the hot water tank.  I proved that it can be done with a dry face!

haha, quite the learning curve there!  but a dry face is a great accomplishment!  well done.
