Has anyone on the forum ever used this dealer? Want to provide any feedback.
I noticed no one seems to mention the price they paid for their pod. It it against the forum rules or just uncouth? I sure would like to know what others are spending for a 178 before I start visiting dealers.

Oh yeah, lots of prices have been posted. We got our 171 four years ago for about $12,500 in PA. I got a quote the other day for a 178 for the same price, somewhere else.

Thanks Lefty, that helps. The best advertised price I have seen in Souther California is $17, 500 for a hood river edition. I am thinking I should be ale to get them to come down some or maybe wait for the RV show in October for a better deal.

I am almost sure there have been a couple threads on price paid. We paid right at $13k fully loaded. Friend just signed a contract for a fully loaded '14 model 177 for around $13.6k

We got our 171 last fall for just over $12k, fully loaded and with many extras already included (like axle risers).

Adding this post to this thread as it's specific to RV Spa of Upland CA: $16,900 was the best price I could get in Upland CA on a 178 from the excessively up-tight sales lady. Would not budge an inch on the “price today” despite wanting to also get the R-Dome, batteries, LP Tank, and other randoms that go with a first purchase. Upland CA and Temecula RPOD dealers are the same owner, btw. Found on on RVTrader.com all setup and ready to go for $15,000 - Felt like both sides did well enough on this price. This statement assumes I could not go pick one up in Texas or NC and hadn't the imagination to think of having it shipped to me. (Dammit!) Good Luck.

Hi, a new user to the forum, but had to comment on our purchase. We purchased a 2014, 178 here in Wisconsin last December for $14,500, with a dome, risers, crown package, etc. Tax, title and license brought that up some. Will be picking it up from under a snowbank/ice pack on the 5th of April. Feel we got a pretty good deal from the sticker of $22,000 and the dealer was only 3 miles from home. Did use leverage from a dealer in Illinois to help get the price down. Looking forward to getting "on the road again"! Dave

I bought a 182g at Santa Rosa RV (California) for $25000. Could have gone a little further haggling but wasn't in the mood.
To clarify, thx furpod

I priced our pod in 2011 from that dealer. They had a pod similar to the one we bought at the Door County store. I did better in Sheboygan. When I scraped off the stabilizer jack I tried to get a replacement in the Fox Valley and was treated very poorly. I hope they were just having a bad day but their parts and service folks drove me away from them. I hope it is better for folks that buy from them.
