We enjoy our 171. Plenty of room for two or three, although most of our living is outside, of course. Ours came without the microwave which adds a lot of storage. Make sure to read the "mods" sections here ( and on the other forum) for good ideas about increasing your usable space and surfaces in the new pod.
Welcome to the world of podding and enjoy!

That's actually a pretty good price depending on what brake controller you're getting. I just finished installing The 4 to 7 connection kit and a Tekonsha brake controller from e-trailer for my FJ so let me know if you have any questions moving forward; seems like you'll be OK though :) Also - Recommend that you get a weight distribution hitch and stabilizer bars / kit. Our FJ's get tossed around in the wind by themselves, let alone towing an R-Pod.

Welcome! That price sounds about right. It isn't difficult from a technical standpoint, it just takes some time. When you do convert have them install your brake controller at the same time. Many here like the Tekonsha line of controllers. They are much better than the cheaper "timer style" controllers.
