Welcome.  How big is your pit crew?  Best advice for pricing is go online to Couch's and get a quote from them.  Then use that as leverage at your local dealer.  Depending on how far you are from OH you should be able to get it within a few hundred to maybe $1k if you are fairly far.

Thanks for the welcome!
kymooses, I think you were talking to my wife, yes.  We're both so excited and trying to get all the info to make a good informed decision on the purchase.
jato, I am looking forward to the weddings and Thanksgivings and family camping reunions in about 20 years.  We have 7 kids!

Congrats!  That is the model I will be buying at some point.   I saw a craigslist dealer post advertising at 17k...not sure any details or how close that is to the going price.  Seems like about where the 182g was when I was looking last year.

Welcome to the group.  Kinda neat to hear your "herd" enjoys camping.  Our youngest son just married a gal who comes from a family of 15.  The wedding was something like "My Fat Greek Wedding" as my family is rather small by comparison.  Good choice on the 183 G model for your family.

Glad to have you with us and a hopeful welcome to Podding.  I think you and I were talking about the 183g on FB yesterday.

Greetings from Southern California!

My wife and I, shopping online independently of each other for our first travel trailer, looked at EVERYthing out there beneath our GCWR, and came not just to the same make, but also the same model trailer.  I guess it's meant to be!

We'll be towing with a Ford Transit 15-passenger van.  We won't, by any means, all fit in the trailer to sleep; my herd of kids loves to tent camp!  Mainly, we need the trailer for the bathroom and shower, and a place to put some gear.

What kind of prices have folks been paying for the new 183G model?
