From a new RPoder. I am from the Chicago area NEBerbs (Medinah) I am a retired USAF Msgt and enjoying my RPod 177. I am on my first real trip with it and took my 93 young dad along we went to Clinton Washington on Whidby Island and stayed at my brothers house. To put in a plug for him he is a building contractor and has built quite a few betuiful high end houses on the Island check him out (Rich Construction). Spent about a week with him dad stayed with him to visit and my girlfriend flew in to Seattle and we went up to Pinction Canada for a couple of days to visit with her parents then on up to Kamloops Canada to visit her brother. From there went to Jasper Canada if any of you get the chance a lovely place to visit and camp. We are now in Slave Lake where she lives and works and try out several of the camping sites in the area and do some Walleye fishing. If any of you ponders happen to be in the Slave Lake area feel free to drop me a line maybe get together for coffee will be in the area till mid September before I head back to Chicago.
