Bada-bing.

Remind me in a few weeks, there are several recent discussions I want to add as topics in the manual.

Should we start an "odor" page in the instruction manual?

That was my problem, too.  Had the dealer fix it when it was in for another problem.

Found source of odor in camper: lower toilet seal. I tightened it and it went away.
Next project: replacement of seal.
Online price $15.69 (with bolts)
Local Dealer price: $5.69 (rubber seal only)
Dealer wanted an hour's labor to install. Said he'd do it on a roll-in basis when we came back from our recent trip. Est cost: $100. I declined.
I changed it out at home. Total time <10 minutes. All you need is a box end 1/2" ratchet for the bolts. I used a faucet wrench for the water line, which was actually more problematic than the toilet bolts.
It helped that we pumped out the black tank after the last trip. Odor was not an issue, though it was when I did the first repair when the tank had contents.
