Picked it up Saturday, looks to be very well put together. Looking forward to "making it our own". :D

Have dealer run water through all taps, shower and toilet. Make sure all connections for water are tight.. check all window's doors for no gaps in sealant around them. Along with what Leo said you should be good to go.

Good to hear. We'll be bringing it home with the Ram, I bet it won't even know it's behind it. :D
Thanks, Jim

Hi welcome to the group! We have a 171 and tow with a Dodge grand Caravan with the 3.6 Penstar v6 and have had no problem towing up and down the east coat from Vermont to the keys. We have also towed through the Pocono"s. Plenty of power and pretty decent mileage 13.5 through the mountains and 14.5-16 depending on wind once we hit the flatlands of Massachusetts and below. I would say go through everything with your dealer before you leave the lot, have him run the stove , fridge, furnace, a/c,check all the lights after that you should be good.
enjoy your pod!!

Wife and I are buying a 176T this coming Saturday. Already have a deposit on it, we just need to head over to pick it up. Looking forward to the upgrade from an 8' box Jayco popup. Going to ask any input from all of you what to look for when grabbing it from the dealer. It's almost a 3 hour drive for us to go grab it so I'd like to get any/all problems fixed the day we are at the dealership.
We have 2 different tow vehicles, one is my Wife's Jeep JKU Rubi that has a 3500 lb towing rating, the other is my Ram 2500 with almost a 15000 lb towing rating. I am not at all worried about my truck pulling it, but a little curious about her Jeep. The JKU has 4.10 gears since it is a Rubicon and is a 6 speed manual. The 3.6 Pentastar V6 has 285 ponies and 3 something ft lbs of torque.
Any tips from you guys/gals?
Thanks in advance, Jim
