Hello,

Just a quick update (thanks for all the feedback). Anyway, it appears that the "leak" was caused by water that got splashed around the water-tank filler receptacle. I was walking towards the pod with the hose already running and stuffed it into the filler hole, but a lot of water splashed around and a bunch got around the valve and under the the bench area (where the heater is).

When I walked into the pod, it leaned and the water trickled out into the dining room. I replicated this (after I couldn't find any leaks) but just splashing water near the filler valve and sure enough, water made it around. So, a generous layer of silicone around the receptacle and on the back-side should stop a repeat problem.

Glad it wasn't a leak...

Something else to check throughout is the waste lines, they are assembled with hand-tightened connections which will work loose. I found several spots that were loose.

After dewinterizing i have a leak coming from under the bathroom corner sink dripping into the shower pan. It looks like it's leaking from the connection behind the corner sink panel under there. I hate to take the Pod back to the dealer for such a minor fix - but I don't know how to fix it. That is the only leak I have.

When we bought our pod the dealer said they were all plumbed completely with pex. I don't know that by checking, but that was part of the sales pitch.

Chris, We have a 201 RP-172 there is a grill right below the door to the shower have you removed it to look under the shower and see the plumbing ? the problem maybe where the water lines come through the floor up to the valves for the shower, you are going to have to see where it is coming from before you can repair, I am not sure if the plumbing behind the shower wall is pex tubing, but I suspect it is.

Hello,

After searching through the forums fairly extensively I couldn't find an exact answer to this question so:

I just finished my dewinterize process on my RP-172 - I must have not blown out the lines well enough and/or drawn enough antifreeze into the pipes behind the shower because when I hooked up the city water connection as well as when I tested the pump a small trickle of water came out from underneath the shower into the main living area (and some water dripped down through the low-point drains next to the axle).

I've verified everything I can see plumbing-wise and the leak definitely seems to be coming from the bathroom somewhere. Logically I thought I'd check the shower plumbing but there doesn't seem to be any way of obtaining access. My first thought was to pull the refrigerator and cut an access panel on the wall between the fridge and the shower, but I didn't know if anyone had struggled with this issue before (and if there's an easier way).

Anyway - great forum! Ya'll have compiled some great information and it seems like everyone is very helpful.
