We found a sewer connection with a standard garden hose threaded fitting on it. When we are at a park with sewer we simply connect a length of garden hose from the grey tank valve using a cap that has the hose threads.

My 2012 177 has a "sewer" dump in the front of slide and a "gray water" dump on the right side (back) of slide. Just saying... It also has a "black water flush" valve on the opposite side, behind door... I fill the black water with that inlet till it's about 2/3 and then pull the black water valve again and all that fresh water that I poured in, flushes it out a bit.

I went through that last year - ended up having to run a homemade snake up the sewer outlet to open it up. After trying several other things.

I guess I am having too much fun relaxing and enjoying camping to be all that irritated by the two outlets on our 177. My neighbor has a larger trailer and has had trouble in the past with TP clogging his plumbing where the two tank drains coming together. One time he said it took him almost two hours to get dumped. That would be irritating.

I know that Valterra makes a y fitting to connect 2 separate hoses to a sewer: [URL]http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/rotating-y-sewer-connection/31209[URL] (There's a video at this link).
I also think RhinoFLEX makes a Y sewer fitting. I have that one but I can't remember where I bought it. It would have either been from Sportsmansguide.com or Amazon, I think. |

I can see how separate outlets would be irritating.

Like I said, I've never seen it and considered it a bad design, regardless of the maker/model. It's has to add so much of a headache from everything to dumping as a weekender to hooking up as a seasonal camper.

LOTS of TT's have two outlets. Just go to a dealer and walk around looking at them. We camp with two other families pretty regular, and all of us have separate drops.. sort of. our 'stream has only one combined, but the pod has separate. It's absolutely no big dealeo.
So I guess we are ambidextrous. It takes about 10 seconds longer to dump and flush the pod then the 'stream. The inconvenient thing I see about pods sewer layout is in the garage models, where the grey water from the garage goes to the black tank.. |

My RP173 had separate black and gray connections. One was in front of the wheel and the other behind (I don't remember which was which, however). I had to move the hose from one to the other to dump both tanks.
