Topic: I'M sad .... Posted: 27 Jul 2011 at 3:25pm |
I took the Amtrak Auto Train on a trip to Florida in May. I was impressed that the very first thing they did when we drove up to the check-in lane is they walked around the car with a video camera, getting shots of everything. Including us looking on to prove we knew about it. Good CYA for them, and for us.

Very smart idea !!!
They ask me pictures via email. I don't have news yet.
But I'm sure there was no chip before , i verified all the things.
Pictures and video .. and mention it to them !
Maybe they'll pay much attention .

They should be able to replace the microwave while you wait, I think. They may have to order the new one, but I would not think that you would need to leave it with them for days. So, maybe on the bright side - you may not have to be separated from your Pod.
There are just a few screws that hold it in the cabinet opening.

Damour, with all the "fixes" that have been needed no wonder you have separation anxiety from your pod! You sure do have a good attitude though.

Of course I will ask a new one .
For the money I left there ..
I will have the opportunity to "scrap" my micro waves MYSELF !!!
So I need one that is perfect.

Oh no Damour, you sure are having a rough time getting started with your Pod. Very sorry to hear that. I'm certain they will make sure to fix it for you.
