Morning of July 31 2016 spotted three new blue Pods on a flat bed truck heading West on I84 just east of Boise, ID. Question is why going West when Dalles, OR is so close?

The Goshen plant builds everything first.. then ships it to Oregon to copy. All the prototyping and development is done in Indiana. Not sure why, but that is what the plant manager told us.

I spotted them in Butte MT on July 27th heading west.I had to take a second look as I thought they might be Hummingbirds at first.
