          | There are two floor anchor bolts that are attached to the frame under the left and right sides near the sewer fitting.  When I was installing a 64 inch sewer hose tube from Camping World, I had to loosen these bolts to get four large hose clamps between the floor and the 2 x 4 frame to hold the tube.  It work great until time came to tighten the bolts.  The bolt heads are hidden and the turn with the nut.  Appears they are carriage head bolts.  Any suggestions on how to tighter the bolts?

          | Are they stop nuts? Try using something to pull the bolt down and hold it against whatever surface it's up against as you work the nut back on. You can do this by prying against the top of the nut and you wrench it. You may be able to grab some threads and pull it down once you get the nut going. If it is a carriage bolt, it should seat at a certain point so you can tighten it up the rest of the way. If it's a regular hex head, sometimes they seat so you still have a fighting chance. Good luck! Let us know how it turns out.
