| Hello. We are looking at 171 because full time queen bed. (Like idea 172 for top bunk as storage). *Question: Has anyone seen good way to install a shelf above the 171 queen for storage of duffle bag & cooler. (Like bulk food in cooler verses unloading for 2-days & less chance mice coming into cupboards). Thank you. John. |

Thank you for reply. I was hoping to build a shelf above 171 bed with strength of upper bunk found in 172. (172 upper bunk can hold a human approx 150lb). Our food cooler might weigh 50lb & duffle bag might weigh 50lb.
Just thought this space could be be used for some bigger open storage. (Without having to take everything out of food box & duffle bag). Thanks. |
