We've taken the pod out twice now and can't believe how much notice it gets. Almost everybody at the campsite has said something to us. We've gotten everything from, "We love your camper" (most common response) to "Is that thing made of recycled material?"  We are finding that we enjoy staying at campsites that have standard hookups, but we prefer to use our own shower instead of the bathhouse. So far we've stayed only 2 nights, and I think with good water conservation we might be able to go 3 before needing to dump - but that's pushing it. We are a family of 4. Does anyone use a portable waste container so you don't have to break camp just to go to the dumping station? If so, where do you keep it? Do you put it in the back of your TV? We have a chevy tahoe so space is limited even in our TV. Any ideas?

We are a family of 4 and can easily go a weekend w/o running out of water. I believe we could go 4 days. There are waste containers available which hook over your hitch ball, with wheels, so you can tow it slowly to the dump site.
