The front of our R-Pod had oxidation from too much sun. I've removed it with a McGuires product. Any suggestions on wax/sealant to use to protect the "raw" fiberglass? And best way to apply?

Most any car wax will work. I used a Meguiar's wax after I removed the oxidation. Some folks swear by ceramic coatings.

Agree with gpokluda.  I use Meguiar's Ceramic on my 177.  Does a fantastic job, leaves a finish that is 'baby butt' smooth and shiny as well.

For the record, it's not actually fiberglass, but the gel coat.

The Meguiars is still a good solution.

I just Googled Meguiar's Ceramic and results gave a variety of options, all containing the word Ceramic in the description. Did you find any specific one the worked well? This will be the first application after removing the oxidation.

After I removed the oxidation, I used Mequiar's Mirror Glaze, only because I had a bunch of it. Once I used that up, I bought some Meguiar's Hybrid Ceramic Spray Wax.

This product used to come in a florescent green bottle, but the last couple of years it now comes in a blue spray bottle.  Works great!  First app. (do this out of the sun in the shade) with the surface wet, lightly spray on (don't allow to dry) and wipe off.  2nd app. lightly spray on surface and hose off with a stream of water then dry off with a clean towel.  Simple and gives a great finish.

What did you use to eliminate the oxidations?

I used Meguiar's #50 Cleaner Wax for RVs and Boats. My oxidation was light. They sell heavier duty products for heavy oxidation.
