On a recent camping trip to the Oregon coast we experienced a full day of steady rain. Inside the bathroom a very slow drip of water was coming from the screw hole of the plastic fan housing; about 1 drip every 15 seconds. Now at home and dried out, I inspected the roof exterior sealant/caulking around the fan, and could see some minor deterioration of the sealant and possible separation of the sealant to the fan housing. (I'll try an upload 2 photos)
What to do...?
-get some Dicor sealant and apply on inner & outer edges of existing (original) sealant
-remove all of old (original) sealant and goop on thick layer of fresh
-other...
any advice is appreciated
