Good morn all:  Just curious as to what others do for RV insurance; ie: price, deductables, insurer, coverage, etc.  The way I understand it (at least in Missouri), the liability is covered under the tow vehicle, so basically the RV insurance would be comp and coll.  Just curious as to others views and ideas on coverage, etc.  I did sell the 177, and purchased a new RV.  Jon

Good question, which sent me to my State Farm policy materials. We have a trailer worth maybe $10k ensured for Damage, with a $500 deductible, at a cost of $161/yr. Nothing else on it, so I’m guessing Idaho defers to the TV policy. This has me curious about what scenario(s) are hedged by my $161, and why I haven’t ever thought about it before.Clown

Took my 2015 R178 off my insurance policy when I found out liability coverage is extended when hooked up and traveling with tow vehicle.  That's all I care about since market value for 2015 is only around $15K.  No point carrying collision and comprehensive.
