First trip out with our 191. Her's my problems, when I hook up to shore power all my clearance lights and running light come on. Any idea how to turn them off. Have check and cannot find a switch to turn them off. Also, the TV ask for pass work to get programming.

Running lights are connected to the Bargman connector. There is some cross connection that should not be there. Try first to disconnect the Bargman and see where that goes.

However, my suspicion that your Rpod has a wiring error.

Bargman is the connector that connects between your trailer and your tow vehicle.

Then you have a wiring issue in your Rpod. There is no connection between the running lights and the 12VDC in the trailer.

There are a couple of places where the wiring might get "close", but there is normally no connection.

To troubleshoot, I would look around the battery box, or underneath. The wiring from the Bargman should more or less go directly to the running lights. There is also a +12VDC wire in the Bargman that should go to the battery, so that is where the likely culprit is.

Check to see if the prior owner put a jumper in the trailer's Bargman connector or put a jumper inline. Some people do that so that the outside lights on the trailer will be lit even when the trailer is not connected to the tow vehicle. I doubt it was a factory wiring flaw.

+1 to StephenH also GG you got something in there that shouldn't be.  You just have to trace it down.
