In our 2022 RP202, there is low water flow and pressure in the shower. I have a adjustable pressure regulator and set it at 45psi. When using the shower with city water connection, water flow pressure in shower is very poor. Using water pump helps, but flow/pressure is still very low. Is tis a common issue? 🤔

Yes. Using the stock shower head is not ideal. I use an Oxygenics shower head. That is much better.
