Hi,
I’d like to thoroughly drain the freshwater tank after use… to reduce the algae buildup. Has anyone moved their drain valve to the center of the tank? Thanks

I doubt you can move it, but you might add another one.  Not sure how you're gonna get inside it to install a very low profile inside flange so the last bit will drain out.

Maybe use a jack(s) to tilt the whole trailer?

We simply locate a steep grade and drive across it laterally and ALL the water comes out of the FW tank.  Much easier process than attempting to drill and safely install a new drain (that wouldn't leak) at the bottom of the tank.
