RPod 202 Puck Lights

   I have a 2023 - 202. It has two types of puck lights. The two in the bedroom have a white bezel the others throughout have no bezel. All have a center pushbutton.
The bedroom lights (with bezel) are on the master interior lighting switch. I want to rewire them to add a switch so that they are independent of the master interior lighting switch - like the bathroom in the 202. 

Two questions.

1. How do i remove these two lights in the bedroom?  The lens on one rotates but won't come out. I have pulled down as hard as I dare on the bezel.

2. Has anyone done a mod like this and if so what always hot 12v circuit did you tie into?
