Hi all,

I have an RPOD 179 I'll be installing this rear facing camera (came with my Tacoma, the Wireless Camera System). It's rather large and heavy, and comes with a bracket intended to have 6 small holes drilled for installation directly to the back of the camper.

Needless to say, not thrilled about drilling into the Pod, but this will be the safest, most secure way to install it.

So, anyone know if there are any wires or plumbing to be aware of in the back wall? I'll be installing it as high as I can, just before the roof starts curving away. So, about 3 to 4 feet from the bottom, centered on the back wall.

I'm assuming there are some aluminum frame Members I might be able to ID with a stud finder, and hopefully can put a couple of screws into those. Otherwise I'll be installing with expanding anchors where it seems hollow.

Any concerns? Anyone ever drilled/installed something on the back wall from the outside?

Thanks!
