Attaching steps

   Model 190.  The steps have pulled loose from the attachment point.  I am surprised that only one bolt holds the step bracket and it was attached to the flooring, not the frame.  The bolt has a small square head and it has pulled through the flooring.  The step bracket has a flange that goes under the square tubing frame, but there is no bolt there on either left or right side bracket.  Any suggestions on reattaching the steps?
