Hello,  I am looking for options for an Awning for a  2013 RPOD 182 G.  We have an Rdome and use it on longer stays, but we are looking for another option for a faster setup and take down for short stays. Thank you for any suggestions and or photos of awning options.

We use a Coleman 13x15 pop up canopy. Takes very little time to setup. We like that it has bug screen and can be setup over a picnic table provided by most campgrounds. We also have used it at times when we weren’t camping. It packs into a 50” x 12” x 10” bag it comes with. It is a bit heavy at 59 lbs. We slide it through the door and under the bed of our R-Pod 171.

There is no awning option for that vintage R-Pod. The structure was not engineered to attach/support it. I had purchased Keder welt and awning fabric and made my own when we had the RP-179. That was before it had to go to the factory for rebuilding after an accident. The replacement wall structure made it possible. I don't recommend that route.

What may work well is a Clam type shelter. It pops up very easily.  Here are a couple of links:

I just carry a separate easy up canopy and set it near the door.
