The previous owner hardly used the pod so the stove is virtually new, so there should not be a maintenance problem. I will keep trying, making sure it's completely off each time. And yes, it does run on 120v and 12v.

Does it work on 120v and 12v? Do you have gas at the stove? And just to be sure, when you say you've cycled it on and off, does that mean completely off (no lights at all)? And I'd suggest leaving it off of at least 10 seconds. That has worked for me at least a couple of times. I've never done it, but there are threads on here that go into cleaning the gas chimney and orifice in some detail. It might be worth looking into that. It's possible some compressed air or a cotton swab with some alcohol might clean out some dust or a spider web in the works. TT |

Thanks for all your advice but I think I may have to have a technician look at the problem. I have cycled in on and off maybe 15 times now without success.

I had that happen too; trying to start over an over on gas. If the unit runs on electrons, then air in the lines is a likely problem. I just kept cycling it [as suggested by the manual] until it fired up. .... stayed nice and cold once it got enough gas for combustion.

Have tried starting the fridge with propane 5 times now to no avail. Triangle keeps blinking. There is no sound that the flame is trying to light.

Even if you have purged the line to the stove, the line to the refrigerator will still have air in it that needs to be purged. The same applies to the furnace and water heater. These are all on separate branches. Keep at it and eventually, you will see a flame try to start. A couple of attempts more and it will finally light and stay lit. |

It often takes a few resets to get it to start on propane, it uses very little, may take a couple attempts to actually light. Turn it all the way off, then back on, let it try again.

Fridge does not run on propane mode. Red triangular light blinks continually.
