Topic: A BIG Thank you! Posted: 14 Jul 2014 at 6:36am |
...for the posts on wheel lug torqueing and electric supply verification!
I have a torque wrench, a plug-in circuit tester and a "hot skin" probe due in tomorrow from Amazon.
Once again this Forum proves an invaluable source for critical information as well as a social gathering

Agreed! I bought all three of those last week and used them over the weekend. I am a safer camper because of this forum!

I learned two things when my plug-in circuit tester arrived yesterday- First, that I already owned one! (I thought I had lost it, but obviously when you buy a new one the old one shows up! No problem having one for home and one dedicated to the 'Pod...)
Second, that if you are using it to verify the 30 amp outlet, you will need a 30 amp male to 15 amp female adaptor. These are cheap and readily available from Amazon and I'm sure Camping World, etc.

Click on the link in my signature, then read the first item on the list about grounding (in the first post).
