I'm having a problem connecting my outdoor spray hose to the port.
I bought a used 2023 153 and I didn't see the outdoor spray hose in the sale pictures, so I asked the dealer to make sure the hose was included. Sure enough, when I arrived to make the picture, a hose was there, but I don't know what it's supposed to look like. My 180 had a full outdoor shower behind a keyed panel, with hot & cold knobs. Is this what it's supposed to look like? ![]() I pushed it in the port, and water sprayed out, but there didn't seem to be anything to lock it in. Seems like there's a locking collar missing. There does seem to be an indentation for a twist-lock bayonet mount. The cover is missing also. ![]() There's no nibs on the sprayer hose. ![]() Is this what the sprayer port & hose supposed to look like? What do I need to allow that sprayer hose to be connected? I bought this quick disconnect collar, but it looks like it wants to be connected to a threaded connection. And, as a backup, I bought an entirely new port, but I'd rather not install it if I can just put on a new collar. Any wisdom from the collective borg brain? Edited by poston - Yesterday at 4:37pm |
