Strange, when connected to city water the fresh water tank fills up and overflows. This started after we added 15 gallons to the fresh water tank, and went boondocking using the water pump for the first time since buying this pre-owned RPod. For now we turn on city water, wait for the fresh water tank to overflow, turn city water off and water pump.
Has anyone encountered this and/or has wisdom to share. Scratching my head… |

Check valve failure in pump. Replace the pump or add a check valve on incoming side of the pump

While connected to city water and you notice the fresh water tank filling up. Shut off the city water then cycle the fresh water pump several times and normally that allows the check valve in the fresh water pump to reseat itself and then it will work correctly for a while. Meaning that it will stop the flow from the city water flow to the fresh water tank. If the problem persist you can or have a tech remove the pump and clean out the check valve, or you may elect to replace the water pump. Hope this helps Jay
