Getting older and a sore back led us to down sizing to a Aliner Scout. It's very easy to hitch up and tow no weight distributing hitch needed and easy to wash. Very few things to break no plumbing no refrigeration no furnace. We don't have the many comforts that we had with our Gulfstream Vista 20 foot camper but the Aliner is better than a tent.

I've seen a lot of Aliners lately. Hope it works out well for you. We're thinking of going from our fiberglass fifth wheel Escape to a van now that I am approach retirement... for the second time.

The GD Imagine 17 MKE is a nice looking design. We went with the Cherokee because my wife would not accept a model with a Murphy bed.

We have big dog who would be underfoot when we’re inside, so he stays on the bed watching for saber-toothed squirrels and shares space at nap times. We’ve looked at models with Murphy but find use for the bed all day long. I can see it’s utility though for other styles of camping. A friend has one and finds it just the thing.

It appears to prioritize appearance over functionality. Perhaps a number of pictures which include sleeping, cooking, and sanitary functions would help. Anyone could design a lightweight box with a mattress inside. That has been done for years with teardrop trailers.
