How many birds would you hack to pieces with your whirly gig? ![]() Just kidding. It probably would slice a finger or two.

I looked for a beating a dead horse emoji but the gif ones would not paste into the text box.
This is a dispute that will never be resolved. It's like competing expert witnesses in a products liability case who are 180º in opposition to one another. Each says the other guy is proposing dangerous activity and each cherrypicks his evidence to support his own conclusions. In the last analysis, both are probably full of hot air. But I still like my idea of mounting a sailboat wind generator on the fore or aft, depending on the aesthetics, of the roof of the Pod. Who cares if it really works. It would really look incredibly cool.

We travel each day and usually only spend one night at each campground. I travel with my fridge running on propane mostly and sometimes with 12 volt. |

So, you purge your LP lines each day? Seems like kind of a pain. |

I prefer to use electric due to if you were in an accident the possibility of one of the gas lines being damaged and causing more problems or fire, that's why I always run electric while I am towing my trailer.

"Not very well reviewed.. LOL" - furpod
I wasn't so much concerned with this particular generator, but the concept. I just like the idea of a propeller spinning like crazy generating electricity as you cruise along the interstate. And conceptually, it really goes with the shape of the Pod. I don't know why FR doesn't offer it as an option. And when you camp in hurricane and tornado country, think of your output during a storm. Of course, when the wind gets too high, like all wind turbines, it'll shut down, but in the mean time you could run an electric welder. Even in regular camping in places like Nebraska, you could meet all your power needs with electrons to spare just in the regular wind. Leo, sometimes you just have to be rebellious, unless, like me you're married to a Paisa, then you don't risk it.
