$13,000 +/- for the pod
$20,000 sent to me.
Actually, go to Couch's website and get a quote to get a baseline. I believe the prices on the west coast are always higher partly because all pods are the Hood River edition.

Looking at buying a 171 with A/C, no tv or microwave.
